Ross Burns has extensive experience in talent acquisition, holding leadership positions in various companies such as ALL.SPACE, Spire, OneWeb, and Thycotic. Ross has led global talent acquisition teams, driven headcount growth, and built out international teams across multiple functions and geographies. Ross's expertise includes setting up talent acquisition processes from scratch, leading remote teams, and managing recruitment efforts to support business growth.

Ross Burns attended Bournemouth University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Advertising Management.
