Heather Aneja

Vice President Human Resources at Alliance Defending Freedom

Heather Aneja has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Heather began their career as a Recruiting Manager at Bay State Select in 2006. Heather then worked as an HR Generalist at Hebrew SeniorLife from 2007 to 2011. Heather later became an HR Manager at Charles River Apparel from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, they joined 2U, where they held multiple roles over the course of nine years. Heather initially served as a Human Resources Business Partner before being promoted to Human Resources Manager and then Human Resources Director. Heather then became a Senior Director of Human Resources before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Heather also served as the Head of Learning and Development and played a vital role in the company's employee training and development initiatives.

In 2022, Heather joined Learning Without Tears as a Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held until early 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Alliance Defending Freedom, where they apply their extensive HR expertise.

Heather Aneja has a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Heather Aneja has also obtained certifications as an MBTI Certified from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc. in December 2014, and a PHR Certification in January 2012.
