Bailey Dauterman

Bailey Dauterman has diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Project Manager at Student Painters in 2016. They managed a team of five employees, focusing on productivity analysis, budgeting, encouragement, and customer service. In 2016, Bailey also began working as a Cyber Systems Operations specialist in the Air National Guard, where they designed, installed, and supported secure computer systems. In 2017, they joined the University of Dayton as a Technical Support Representative, providing assistance to users. In 2019, Bailey worked as a Model Developer at the Hanley Sustainability Fund. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Allied Associates International as a Software Engineer and later became a Branch Chief. Bailey also briefly interned as a DT Intern at GE Aviation in 2020.

Bailey Dauterman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, General at the University of Dayton from 2016 to 2020. They also obtained an Associate's degree in Military Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Bailey received a certification in Security+ from CompTIA in July 2017.
