Abby Carruthers

Abby Carruthers has a wealth of professional experience, beginning in 2012 as a Bridges Department Engineering Intern at Mott MacDonald. Abby then worked as a Structural Engineer Intern at Newtecnic in 2014, followed by a role as an Accounting Assistant at Ampersand Travel in 2016. In 2015, they returned to Newtecnic as a Structural Engineer. In 2017, they began working at Mastercard as a Business Consultant (APT) and Engagement Manager (APT). Her most recent role is at Alloy, where they have served as a Product Manager, Engagement Manager, Client Solutions Lead, and Senior Business Analyst since 2019.

Abby Carruthers graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2015 with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering. In November 2022, they obtained a Product Psychology Masterclass certification from Growth.Design.
