Janet Ramcharitar has extensive experience in talent management, HR strategy, and employee engagement. Janet is currently the Vice President of Global Talent at Altus Group, where they are responsible for overseeing a comprehensive talent strategy that includes diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, talent and succession planning, performance management, global engagement, and change management. Their contributions included elevating employee engagement, successful union contract negotiations, and developing a global culture and engagement scorecard. Janet's earlier experience includes roles at Coca-Cola Refreshments as an HRBP Manager and Change Lead, where they advised on people and culture-related issues and led employee engagement initiatives, and at Indigo as a Manager of Total Rewards, where they led a significant HRIS upgrade and managed a comprehensive portfolio of salaries, benefits, and regulatory compliance.

Janet Ramcharitar holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, which they obtained between 2017 and 2021. Janet also earned a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University in 2017 and a Certificate in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University in 2016.
