Jonathan Lisak

Jonathan Lisak has a diverse work experience in the technology and aerospace industries. Jonathan started their career at NASA as a Project and Program Manager, where they worked for over 8 years. During this time, they were a key member of the management team overseeing various programs and contracts, including those with major aerospace companies like Boeing and Lockheed Martin.

In 2014, Jonathan joined Alvaria, Inc. (formerly known as Aspect Software) and held several roles within the company. Jonathan started as a Project Manager for Cloud Solutions, where they led implementation teams and gained expertise in telecom/networks, IVR, speech recognition, and security standards. Jonathan then became a Manager and later a Senior Manager of Cloud Solutions, focusing on technical viability, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. In these roles, they also developed and executed the team vision, set priorities and goals, and measured performance indicators.

In 2017, Jonathan transitioned to a Senior Manager position in Professional Services, where they focused on driving process efficiencies and delivering delightful implementations. Jonathan contributed to the company's pivot to the cloud and played a key role in decreasing Time-To-Revenue (TTR) and increasing new installs and revenue contribution.

In 2018, Jonathan's role expanded to Senior Director Alliances, Channel, and Commercial Accounts. Jonathan continued to work with alliances and partners, leveraging their previous experience and expertise to further grow and strengthen relationships for Alvaria, Inc.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, and has consistently delivered results in their roles.

Jonathan Lisak completed their education at the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Management at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2004 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also obtained certifications such as AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services and CPMP from ASHRAE.
