Cassie Buchanan, MBA, SHRM-CP

Cassie Buchanan, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2013, they worked at Target as a Team Leader, overseeing daily operations and ensuring employee motivation and engagement. In 2014, they joined Grand Worldwide Logistics Corp. as an Office Manager, where they managed the office, trained staff, and assisted with HR processes. In 2018, Cassie joined EZLinks Golf LLC as a Human Resources Administrator, responsible for recruiting, benefits, and onboarding. Lastly, they worked at the American Society of Anesthesiologists® as an HR Coordinator, streamlining HR processes and automating employee forms.

Cassie Buchanan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Cassie completed their MBA program from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to their MBA, Cassie earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University. Cassie attended Roosevelt University from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Cassie has obtained several certifications. Cassie received their Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in February 2021. Furthermore, they hold certificates in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University - Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences, obtained in August 2022, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in January 2022.
