Joyce Johnson Dolo

Dr. Joyce Johnson Dolo, DBA, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at AMI Expeditionary Healthcare since July 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Northern Virginia Community College, Director of Human Resources at the Central Bank of Liberia, and Assistant Commissioner of Human Resources at the Liberia Revenue Authority, among others. Dr. Dolo has held various HR management positions since 2001, demonstrating a strong commitment to HR administration and strategy. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and multiple professional certifications in leadership and human resources management.
