Randy Miskanic

Randy Miskanic has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and organizations. Randy recently held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Amida Technology Solutions since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Teton Consulting Services Inc starting from July 2023. Randy also has experience in the education sector, serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University starting in September 2017. In the financial industry, they held the role of Senior Vice President / CSO at Bank of the West from July 2020 to July 2023, and GM Technology and Information Risk Officer at National Australia Bank from June 2019 to August 2020. Randy also worked at Freddie Mac as a Vice President of Enterprise Operational Resilience from September 2017 to June 2019, and at UBS as the Head of Americas Region - Chief Information Security Officer from July 2016 to September 2017. Prior to these roles, Randy had significant experience at the United States Postal Service, where they served as Chief Information Security Officer from February 2013 to June 2016, and later as Chief Information Officer / Executive Vice President from April 2015 to April 2016. Randy also worked at the US Postal Inspection Service as Deputy Chief Inspector from June 2009 to February 2013, and as Inspector in Charge from December 2007 to June 2009. Randy started their career at the United Nations, where they served as a Global Security Program Expert from August 2005 to December 2007. During their time at the United Nations, they were seconded to the Universal Postal Union and worked as a global expert and law enforcement liaison in various areas such as aviation security, narcotics trafficking, and other related crimes. Randy also represented the postal sector in organizations like the IAEA, UNODC, and UN Council on Dangerous Goods.

Randy Miskanic attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2015 to 2016, participating in the Chief Information Security Officer Executive Program. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2020, Randy Miskanic acquired a certification in Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA.
