Sasirekha AV has been working in the engineering field since 2009. Sasirekha started their career at KONE as an Engineer - Spares. In 2014, they joined KONE Corporation as an Engineering Specialist - Global Spares Supply and Lead Engineer - Spares. In their role as Lead Engineer - Spares, they were responsible for identifying components having difficulties in sourcing, supporting the PCM team in upgrading the old components in competitor elevators and LIS, tracking Engineering Change orders and releasing materials in PDM system, structuring Parts and updating the parts Structures to SEB equipments, and supporting in material obsolescence management tasks with PCM and updating new replacements in PDM and SAP. In 2022, they joined Amogy as a Product Lifecycle Management Specialist.

Sasirekha AV began their education in 1991 at Rosary Matriculation Higher Secondary School, where they studied Biology. In 2005, they graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University. In 2010, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Pondicherry University. In 2013, they obtained a Certification in Supply Chain Management from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration.
