Amanda Robinson has a diverse range of work experience in instructional design and multimedia development. Amanda started their career as a Production Assistant for VATV and The Philadelphia Visitor's Channel, where they conducted professional interviews and handled camera and editing work. Amanda then worked as a Graduate Assistant at Bloomsburg University, managing teams, producing instructional design projects, and developing training materials for various clients. Amanda also interned at Johnson & Johnson, where they led projects and developed web portals and multimedia content. Amanda worked as a Video Editor for Comcast Sportsnet before moving on to roles at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, where they managed lecture video and media content and later became an Instructional Media Manager. Amanda then worked at Axalta Coating Systems as an Instructional Designer/Technologist, specializing in live virtual training. Currently, they are employed at Amtrak as the Lead Training and Multimedia Designer.

Amanda Robinson holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Amanda also has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Mass Communications from the same university, which they completed from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Amanda has obtained several certifications including Articulate Storyline 360 Core Skills: Level 2, Adobe Captivate 2017 Advanced Training, Masie Learning Lab Training, Adobe Captivate Essential Training, Advanced Final Cut Pro X Certification, and Apple Motion Certification, acquired in various years from different institutions.
