Tom Fox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology portfolio management and Agile transformation in the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Portfolio Management and Transformation at Amway since August 2015, Tom has led global Agile adoption, developed strategic visions, and streamlined collaboration platforms. Previous roles include managerial positions in internal solutions and project management offices at Amway, as well as directorial and managerial positions at GAIN Capital and GFT Markets, focusing on project lifecycles and team leadership in various operational domains. Tom began a career in technology and consulting with positions at Dataquest, TSI Technology Group, and The Curare Group. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in English from Indiana University Bloomington.
