Tatiana Vanchkova

Tatiana Vanchkova graduated from Moscow Region State University with a degree in Human Resource Management.

Tatiana started her career in ANCOR as a recruitment specialist during her studying at university. After graduation, she became a Training and Development specialist and was a leader for corporate trainings and various education programs for employees.

In 2015 Tatiana became a Deputy General Manager for Corporate Education, she is also a Leader of ANCOR Corporate university.

In 2019, she finished her education in EМВА’s course “Project management” in National Research University, Moscow Higher School of Economics.

In December 2019, Tatiana launched and headed Project office unit.

In 2020 she became an award winner in “Top 1000 Russian Managers” again and was ranked among top three of Human Resource Directors of professional services sector.
