Sharon Cain

Sharon Cain has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sharon started their career as an HR Officer at the Youth Hostel Association in 1985 and worked there until 2001. Sharon then joined Champneys Health Resorts as a Group HR Manager from 2002 to 2008. Following that, they worked at Anthony Nolan, where they held various positions, including Head of Human Resources from 2008 to 2023. Currently, Sharon is serving as the Head of People Operations at Anthony Nolan.

Sharon Cain completed their education at Queensbury Upper School from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Additionally, in October 2019, they obtained a certification in MHFA Standard from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
