Elizaveta Rusakova

Elizaveta Rusakova has over 15 years of work experience in Human Resources. Elizaveta began their career in 2004 as a Recruiter at ANCOR. In 2006, they moved to AVANTA Personnel as an HR Coordinator. Elizaveta then joined Kelly Services as an HR Specialist in 2008. In 2009, they became a Regional HR Specialist at Lenta. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Veeam Software, where they provided complex HR support to business functions, led and developed local HR projects, and managed recognition activities. In 2016, they moved to EPAM Systems as an HR Business Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of HR at AppFollow.

Elizaveta Rusakova attended the North-West Academy of Public Administration from 2000 to 2006, where they studied Human Resources.
