Nicolas Grounin has a diverse and extensive background in the food and beverage industry. Nicolas started their career in 2004 at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an Assistant Manager. Nicolas then worked at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Banquet and Catering Manager and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. In 2008, Grounin joined the Dorchester Collection and Groupe Alain Ducasse as a Food and Beverage Manager. Nicolas later served as the Regional Controller for Groupe Alain Ducasse before becoming the General Manager of miX at Mandalay Bay. Grounin then moved on to become the Director of Food and Beverage for the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts and Groupe Alain Ducasse. After that, they worked as a Senior General Manager at D&D London before joining the Gordon Ramsay Group as the Group Director of Food and Beverage. Most recently, Grounin has been working as the Director of Operations at Aqua Restaurant Group in London.
Nicolas Grounin attended l'institut Paul Bocuse from 2001 to 2004, studying Hospitality Administration/Management.
