Shanawaz Khan

Shanawaz Khan is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including residential, retail, and mega-structures. Currently serving as the Head of Facilities & Community Management at Arada since July 2020, Shanawaz manages FM and community services for 4,500 residential units and numerous commercial establishments. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Zone Manager for Expo 2020 Dubai, Director of Facilities Management at Souq Extra, and Facilities Manager at Imdaad, among others. With a Master's degree in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Instrumentation, Shanawaz brings a strong educational background and a proven track record in overseeing complex projects and operations.
