Rachel Hammond SHRM-CP

Rachel Hammond SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Rachel began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Wellbridge, where they provided customer service and handled administrative tasks. Rachel then worked as a Server at Jakes Steakhouse and as a Specialist at Apple Retail.

In 2012, Rachel joined Meadow Lark Companies as an Assistant Corporate Trainer, where they conducted training sessions and developed informative presentations. Rachel later transitioned to the role of Specialist at the American Cancer Society, specializing in volunteer management and event support for Relay For Life.

Rachel's marketing and event planning skills were honed during their time as the Marketing and Events Manager at Beartooth Harley Davidson, where they organized on-site and off-site events and managed social media platforms.

In 2016, Rachel joined Wipfli LLP, initially as an HR Assistant/Recruiter at JOSEPH EVE before the merger. Rachel then progressed to become a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, responsible for identifying training needs and delivering trainings to associates. Rachel was instrumental in implementing the Personal Well-being initiative and managing the learning management system.

Since 2023, Rachel has been working at The Arbinger Institute as a Client Success Manager.

Rachel attended Capital High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2006 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study is provided.

Later, they enrolled at Hastings College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
