Claire Spencer

Claire is passionate about helping young people develop and believes that by putting in place efficient, easy-to-use systems, schools are able to give children the best possible start to their future lives. Claire started working in education in 2005, firstly as a Data Manager in a large failing secondary school. In this role, she helped the school achieve an outstanding Ofsted in 2013. The report states “Systems used to ensure the rigorous collection, analysis and use of student performance data are exceptional”. Claire progressed into EdTech in 2015 and since then line managed a team of consultants that specialized in supporting schools across the country (and wider) helping them to develop their assessment and tracking systems.
