Karen Box

Karen Box has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Prior to this, they were a Senior Human Resources Manager at NextGen Healthcare from 2017 to 2019. Karen also held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at St Louis Bank from 2005 to 2017, where they developed and managed HR services, policies, and programs. Before that, they were a Senior Human Resources Manager at Allegiant Bank, where they played a key role in developing a comprehensive HR team for the company. Karen began their career as an Area Human Resources Manager at Spectrum Healthcare Services, where they provided regional HR support to over 1,000 healthcare professionals.

Karen Box earned their Bachelor's degree in Communications from Truman State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Karen later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Lindenwood University, which they completed between 1998 and 2000.
