Justin Souders

Justin Souders has over 17 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Justin is currently the Senior Director of Recruiting at Arctic Wolf, where they oversee recruitment strategies. Prior to this, they held positions at Rapid7 as a Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition, where they managed the global talent acquisition team responsible for technical hiring. Justin also worked at HubSpot as a Senior Technical Recruiter, Endurance International Group as a Senior Technology Recruiter, and Constant Contact as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Justin began their career at CDM as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist and later worked at Oxford Global Resources as a Lead Technical Recruiter. Throughout their career, Justin has sourced and recruited candidates for various industries and skill sets.

Justin Souders earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, along with a minor in Spanish, from Elmira College in 2001. Justin went on to obtain an MBA in Marketing from Clark University in 2004. Prior to their college education, they attended St. Mark's School in 1996-1997.
