Carla received her Masters Of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute/California Family Study Center in 1997. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has over 25 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient and residential settings. She has extensive experience in the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-injurious behavior, family conflict, and addiction. She is committed to helping clients overcome life’s many challenges, and to begin a new journey in their lives through meaningful change. Carla strongly believes in the importance of treating the whole family unit, and not just the individual. She is also the mother of two adolescent boys, which further strengthens her passion to help young people navigate life’s difficulties and come out the other side a stronger, more authentic individual.
