Connor Reid

Connor Reid has been working in the tech industry since 1999. Connor began their career at Landaal Packaging Flint as a Team Leader, where they supervised a team of 8-10 individuals and developed a method of accurately tracking inventory lot sizes conforming to ISO-9000 standards. In 1999, they joined Thomson Reuters, where they held multiple roles including Team Lead Manager, Project Manager - Onvio Advisory, Lead Software Development Analyst, and Senior Support Representative. As Lead Software Development Analyst, they managed a variety of annual release projects, wrote and reviewed software documentation, and worked with Marketing as a subject matter expert. As Senior Support Representative, they were the contact for Tax Support on escalated issues and advised and led the effort to create an internal knowledgebase/web page. In 2019, Connor joined Ascent Cloud as Director of Products, where they are responsible for coaching talent, managing development operations, and executing LevelEleven & Geopointe product development and strategy for sales professionals and sales operations leaders. Connor also creates product mission position and leads product strategy and implementation.

Connor Reid attended Michigan State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Connor then attended Eastern Michigan University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology Project Management and Information Systems.
