Sybil ONeal

Sybil ONeal has extensive experience in technical support roles. Sybil began their career in 1998 as a Technical Support Specialist at the University of Tampa. In 2014, they moved to Dynamic Campus as an End User Support Supervisor. In 2018, Sybil returned to the University of Tampa as an End User Technical Support Lead. In this role, they managed a team of 5 computer desktop technicians, prepared for ISO 27001 and 23000 certifications, and developed training videos and webinars. In 2019, Sybil moved to Aspen RxHealth as a Support Team Lead and Technical Support Specialist.

Sybil ONeal obtained a B.A. in Management Information Systems, General from McMurry University.
