Renee Foessel

Renee Foessel has extensive experience in records and information management with the City of Barrie since May 2019 and has been an athlete with Athletics Canada since December 2009, representing Canada in discus, shot put, and javelin. As an Athlete Ambassador for ParaSport Ontario since April 2016, Renee focuses on developing paralympic sport awareness and motivational speaking. Previous roles include serving as a PAR Court Referral & Intake Worker at the John Howard Society of Toronto and an Intake Coordinator at Humber College, showcasing expertise in client communication and administrative support. Renee holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminal Justice and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College.
