Job description

As the Business Enablement Lead in the IT Division, you will drive the integration of technology solutions to enhance business performance, and play a pivotal role in the development of ATI’s Global Distribution System (GDS) product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Project Management: You will lead a team of Business Analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, users and development teams, to translate requirements into actionable plan, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
  • Automation: Lead a team of engineers to design, implement and manage automation projects for internal teams and/or external clients. Ensure effective use of automation technologies.
  • Business Process Improvement: Proactively lead the identification of business process improvement opportunities and apply effective solution
  • GDS Technology: You will be the Subject Matter Expert on GDS technology and industry trends, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external clients as needed. Cultivate strong relationships with GDS providers, technology partners, and industry associations to stay abreast of market developments and foster collaboration opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Computer Science / Information Technology; or advanced degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis and/or technology product development
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in solution management, with a focus on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or related travel technology solutions
  • Solid understanding of GDS platforms, including Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport
  • Proven track record of leading a team of experts with direct impact to business performance
  • Proven experience with RPA or other automation technologies
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of product financials and Go-to-Market strategy would be an advantage
