Kyle Marcano

Kyle Marcano has a diverse work experience in various scientific roles. Kyle is currently employed at Atomo Coffee as an Innovation Scientist since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Roche Diagnostics Seattle as a Scientist from June 2021 to August 2022, and as a Senior Research Associate and Quality Coordinator from May 2020 to June 2021. Before Roche Diagnostics, Kyle worked at Stratos Genomics, where they held multiple roles including Senior Research Associate and Quality Coordinator from October 2018 to May 2020, Senior Research Associate from June 2018 to October 2018, Research Associate from August 2016 to June 2018, and Laboratory Assistant from February 2016 to August 2016.

In addition to their scientific roles, Kyle also worked as a Math and Science Tutor at Eastside Tutors from November 2014 to February 2016, and at Lake Washington Tutoring from November 2014 to June 2015. Kyle gained research experience as an HHMI Community Educator and Senior Thesis Researcher at Lewis & Clark College from July 2013 to May 2014, and as a Summer Intern (SULI) at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from June 2012 to August 2012. Kyle also served as a DEEP Intern at Citrus College from October 2011 to June 2012 and as a Mathematics Tutor from March 2010 to June 2012. As an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of La Verne, they conducted research from June 2011 to August 2011. Kyle started their professional journey as a Research Specialist at Disneyland Resort from September 2010 to February 2011.

Kyle Marcano's education history includes attending Lewis & Clark College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Chemistry. Prior to that, they attended Citrus College from 2010 to 2012, but did not graduate. Their field of study at Citrus College was Chemistry. Before Citrus College, they attended Pitzer College from 2007 to 2009, also not graduating, with a focus on Chemistry.
