We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lead Product Manager in New York to help make this vision a reality.

Why Attentive needs you

  • Lead the strategy and execution for on-site personalization features (e.g. product recommendation), ensuring they deliver value from ideation through optimization
  • Identify key features by analyzing data and running A/B tests to drive user engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with major enterprise clients and sales teams to gain deep insights into customer needs, crafting products that solve their key challenges and deliver measurable business impact
  • Develop metrics and controls to allow marketers to effectively manage and optimize personalized experiences
  • Drive feature prioritization to enhance product adoption and create a seamless, personalized customer experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as GTM sales, design, machine learning, and engineering to support the success of personalization efforts

About you

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching innovative products, ideally with a focus on personalization, recommendation systems, or customer engagement
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to rally executives and cross-functional teams around a unified vision
  • Experience working closely with Sales and other teams to ensure product goals align with overall business objectives
  • Strong strategic thinking: able to navigate difficult tradeoffs, assess options quickly, and guide the team toward alignment
  • Motivated and creative problem-solver: You find innovative solutions and aren’t afraid to tackle challenges head-on
