Tanja Baumann

Tanja Baumann has worked in various roles within the engineering and robotics industries since 2013. Tanja began their career as a Student Worker at MAN Diesel & Turbo in 2013. In 2015, they held an Undergraduate Research position at ETH Zurich and a Graduate Research position at Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station. In 2016, they worked as a Student Worker at ABB and a Teaching Assistantship at ETH Zurich. In 2017, they held Graduate Research positions at Yuneec Research | Advanced Technology Labs AG and ANYbotics. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Robotics, a Software Engineer Robotics, and a Computer Vision Engineer at Auterion.

Tanja Baumann has a diverse educational background. Tanja attended Kantonsschule Im Lee Winterthur from 2008 to 2012. Tanja then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich from 2012 to 2016. During that time, they also obtained a TOEFL iBT score of 110/120 in May 2015, as well as a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English with a grade of A in August 2011. Tanja then attended Texas A&M University in 2015-2016 for graduate courses in Control. Tanja returned to ETH Zürich to obtain a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Teaching Certificate, both of which they completed in 2018. In December 2015, they also earned a LabVIEW Certified Associate Developer certification.
