Sachin Chitta

Sachin Chitta is a highly experienced professional in the field of robotics, currently serving as the Director of Robotics Research at Autodesk. Previously, Chitta held the position of Managing Director at Boston Dynamics and founded Kinema Systems Inc., where Chitta acted as CEO. Additional roles include Associate Director in Robotics Systems and Software for the Robotics Program at SRI International and Manager and Research Scientist at Willow Garage. Chitta holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1999 and 2005, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 1999.
