Emily Boynton Pullen is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Nitto Avecia since March 2024, Emily previously held the position of VP of People and Head of HR at Allurion Technologies and Globalization Partners. With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, Emily excelled at Accenture as the Head of HR for the North America Strategy Consulting practice and has held senior HR roles at Mercer, AECOM, and Hewitt Associates. Emily's legal expertise as a former Labor & Employment Attorney at Pitney Hardin LLP and Reed Smith LLP further complements a robust HR career.
