Ben Hays

Ben Hays has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Retail Wireless Consultant at U.S. Cellular from December 2007 to July 2012. Ben then worked as a Securities Operations Service Specialist at Wells Fargo Advisors from July 2012 to October 2012. Following that, Ben served as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half, particularly in their Accountemps division, from October 2012 to August 2014. Ben later joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Senior Staffing Consultant in their Beacon Hill Financial division from August 2014 to February 2017. In January 2017, Ben started their tenure at Axiom as a Manager in Talent Engagement, a role they held until January 2020. Ben then advanced to become the Senior Manager in the same department and company, working from January 2020 to June 2021. Lastly, Ben took on the position of Director of Talent Success at Axiom in January 2022 and is presently in that role.
