Stephanie Richter has a background in sustainable tourism management and equine services. With experience in various management and instructional roles in the equine industry, Stephanie currently holds a position as the Equine Experiences Manager at Baillie Lodges, overseeing the Equine Experiences Department at Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge in Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Stephanie has also served as a Barn Manager, Assistant Camp Director, and Lodge Manager in previous roles. Additionally, Stephanie has a background in archaeology and theatre, having worked as a Learning Programme Host and Artistic Associate. With a strong educational background in sustainable tourism and medieval literatures, Stephanie brings a diverse skill set to their current role.
