Dyani Bonacordi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Dyani began their career as a Finance and Accounting Office Assistant at Hamline University in 2008. After that, they worked as a Leasing Consultant at Dominium for a short period. Dyani then joined Itaú Unibanco in 2010, starting as a Strategic Planning Analyst and later transitioning to roles such as Product Analyst, Commercial Planning Analyst, and eventually becoming a Senior Commercial Planning Analyst. Their responsibilities included analyzing indicators, implementing methodologies to increase productivity, and developing and executing commercial strategies. In 2019, they joined Banco Original as a Digital Solutions e Analytics Manager, where they were involved in strategic projects and the development of new solutions. Dyani later became a Strategic Business Manager and then a Customer Experience Strategy & Quality Manager. Their achievements include increasing engagement in NPS surveys and generating revenue growth. In 2023, Dyani Bonacordi joined Banco ABC Brasil as the Head of Customer Experience.

Dyani Bonacordi's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business Management and a BBA degree in Communication Studies from Hamline University, completed between 2005 and 2009. Dyani also has a Postgraduate Degree in Certificate in Business Project (CBP) from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, completed from 2012 to 2014. Dyani pursued further education at FIA Business School, attaining a Postgraduate Degree in Leadership and Strategic People Management from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a program in Customer Analytics, specializing in Applied Customer Behavior Analysis from Wharton Online.
