Pierre Satiro

Pierre Satiro is currently the COO of InovaBRA at Bradesco. Pierre has previously worked as an IT SN Manager at HSBC from February 2001 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing the SW and HW infrastructure team, homologating and certificating the technology used by the company, and prospecting new vendors and solutions. Pierre was also responsible for delivering big projects to update new OS/SW and/or desktop replacement, which involved testing and certifying compatibility between them to guarantee that any user/business would not be impacted.

One of the biggest projects Pierre oversaw was the migration of 30K machines and 5K ATMs from WinXP to Win7, which required him to certify and homologate compatibility for 17K applications. In addition to this project management responsibility, Pierre was also responsible for financial management, contract negotiation, quality control of vendor service, and managing budgets totaling 250M BRL. Pierre is always looking for new ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Pierre Satiro is an engineer with a degree in electronic and telecommunications from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel. Pierre also has a degree in information technology project management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in system, networking, and LAN/WAN management/manager from Cisco Academy. Pierre Satiro also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in business administration and management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Pierre Satiro reports to Octavio de Lazari, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Maurício Minas - EVP, Paulo Cesar Duarte Cheberle - Head of Innovation, InovaBRA, and Luis M. Cifuentes Larrain - Chief Compliance Officer.
