Cecile Guillemot has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cecile started their career as an Event Manager at Done Events and then worked as a Chairperson and Head of Innovation and Technology Committee at Pink Caravan. At the Sharjah Business Women Council, they served as a Membership Marketing Manager. Following this, Cecile worked at AdZouk as a Digital Branding and Customer Journey Consultant. Cecile later established their own business, ThinkZenMedia, where they served as the Business Owner and Director of Marketing & Business Development, specializing in digital marketing and media solutions for B2B companies. Subsequently, they joined HS Celebrants as a Co-Owner and Celebrant, where they designed a bespoke custom-built Wedding/ceremony planning platform and headed an agency of independent celebrants. Cecile then went on to co-own and serve as the Co-Owner of Pusher Espresso, a successful café and kiosk chain with a focus on sustainability and community connections. Currently, Cecile is working at Luxury Chocolate Industries as the Head of Corporate Partnerships, representing the expansion of Patchi into the ANZ market and leading a team to develop a customer-centric strategy. Cecile also worked at Barcats on a temporary contract as the Head of Partnerships and Training for AUNZ.

Cecile Guillemot pursued their education in various fields related to business administration and the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry. Cecile first attended the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a B.A in Equine Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In the same year, they also enrolled at The National Stud in Newmarket, UK, where they completed a Diploma in Management, specializing in the Thoroughbred Racing and Breeding Industry. Additionally, Cecile Guillemot obtained a National Vocational Qualification Level 2 in the Thoroughbred Racing and Breeding Industry from The National Stud in Newmarket, UK.
