Russell Dunn has extensive work experience in quality management and assurance. Russell started their career in 1980 as a Scientific Officer at UKAEA and later worked as an Analytical QC at South West Water. In 1995, they became a Quality Manager at Various UK companies. In Kraft Foods, they held several roles including International Food Safety Auditor, Quality Manager, and Intl Quality Auditing Manager from 2000 to 2007. Russell then joined Mondelēz International in 2007 and worked as a Regional Quality Manager (MEA) and Director of Biscuit Quality (EU) until 2014. Finally, they joined Barry Callebaut Group in 2014 and held the positions of Vice President Global Cocoa Quality Assurance and VP Quality.

Russell Dunn attended Bournemouth University from 1991 to 1995. No degree or field of study was specified.
