Kate Adams

Kate Adams has a diverse and extensive work experience in product management and user experience. Kate is currently working as the VP of Product Experience at Basis Technologies since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Design Director of Workplace Solutions at Morningstar from October 2020 to October 2021. Kate also served as the Director of Digital Products, Product Design at United Airlines from January 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining United Airlines, they held roles at Grainger, Echo Global Logistics, kCura Corporation, Apartments.com, Cars.com, ShopLocal LLC, and Health Care Services Corporation, where they gained valuable experience in product development, user experience management, and project leadership. Kate has successfully led various projects, including redesigning websites and launching new products. Kate'sexpertise in driving growth, developing customer offers, and implementing user-centered design processes has been instrumental in their career.

Kate Adams has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kate also studied Web Design at DePaul University. In 2018, they completed a course called "Leading with Finance" at Harvard Business School Online.
