Carolin S.

Carolin S. has significant experience in the bio-pharmaceutical and contract research industry. Carolin worked at Bavarian Nordic from 2011, where they were the Head of Assay Development and a Senior Scientist. In these roles, they led international teams, developed and validated bioanalytical and cell-based assays, and conducted clinical and preclinical sample testing. Carolin also focused on developing their associates into successful team players.

Before Bavarian Nordic, Carolin S. worked at BSL Bioservice Scientific Laboratories GmbH from 2006 to 2011. During their time there, they served as the Group Leader of Immunoanalytics and then as a Study Director specializing in Immunoassay and Bioassay.

Carolin S. graduated with a Diploma in Biology, Virology, and Immunology from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg in 2000. Carolin then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) specializing in Biology and stem cell development at the same university from 2000 to 2004.
