Matt Cabral

Matt Cabral is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bay Cove Human Services. Prior to that, Matt held various positions in talent acquisition at companies such as Hey Dude Shoes, Toast, Inc., New Balance, and CyberCoders. Matt started their career with a role in retail associate recruitment at Reebok and later transitioned to American Eagle Outfitters. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Tampa. Throughout their career, Matt has been involved in recruiting, staff hiring, and talent pipeline strategies for key leadership roles.
