The Directors and Chief Officers team at Bay Cove Human Services is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the effective delivery of outcome-focused services. This team collaborates to develop and implement policies, manage organizational resources, and guide various departments—including technology, developmental services, behavioral health, finance, legal, and operations—to support individuals in restoring their physical and mental health and achieving independent, healthy lives.
