Satpinder Sidhu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational technology and digital transformation within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as WW Director of Operational Technology at BD since June 2021, Satpinder oversees the Global Operational Technology Center of Excellence, focusing on OT cybersecurity and Smart Factory initiatives. Previously, as Principal Advanced Engineering at Johnson & Johnson from 2017 to 2021, Satpinder led innovation in digital solutions for Industry 4.0. Satpinder's career also includes significant roles at Honeywell, Rockwell Automation, STERIS, and Alcoa, where expertise in project management, process strategy, and automation technologies was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Supply Chain from the University of Houston, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
