Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik

Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Starting in 2001, they served as a Naval Officer in the Israeli Navy, where they were responsible for command and control operations, electronic warfare, and vessel systems.

In 2012, they co-founded YEEZ.it and held the position of Co-Founder & VP of Operations and Business Development. Their role involved managing the business and commercial operations, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining relationships with investors and customers.

From 2015 to 2021, Batell worked as an Associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman. Here, they represented startup companies, venture capital firms, and multinational technology companies in corporate and commercial activities, financing rounds, and mergers and acquisitions. Batell Vallentine also collaborated with government ministries to advance initiatives through the Israeli Growth Forum.

Starting in 2016, Batell served as the Chairperson of the NA Delegation at Tzofim Garin Tzabar. In this role, they managed a substantial budget to represent and educate US citizens about the State and people of Israel. Batell Vallentine also defined and measured KPIs and oversaw the screening and evaluation processes for potential delegation directors and participants.

Since 2019, they have been the Elected Chairperson of the Committee for the Advancement of Women in Industry at the Israel Bar Association. In this capacity, Batell has facilitated programs and activities to empower women in Israel's economy. Additionally, they have represented the interests of female employees in forums providing budgets for worker betterment and education, proposing and approving budgets for the association.

Most recently, Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik joined BeeHero in 2021 as the Chief Business Operations.

Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik completed their Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2009 and 2013. At the same university during the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a specialization in finance (B.A., Business Administration).
