Eric Migicovsky is a co-founder of Beeper, a chat app company that aims to be the best in the world. Prior to that, they were a partner at Y Combinator from 2018 to 2021. From 2008 to 2016, they served as the founder and CEO of Pebble Technology. Eric also worked as a project engineer at Raytheon in 2007 and as an information security research associate at Scotiabank in the same year. In 2006, they worked as a wireless project assistant at Atria Networks. Additionally, they briefly worked at the University of Waterloo's Velocity Incubator in 2008.
Eric Migicovsky obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2008, they also attended Delft University of Technology for a short period and focused on Industrial Design Engineering, with a particular interest in mobile product design.
