Jasmine Rainey

Jasmine Rainey, CPM, possesses extensive experience in property management with a proven track record across various roles and companies. Currently serving at Bell Partners Inc since May 2022, Jasmine engages in community performance enhancement, oversees accounting functions, and manages leasing operations. Previous positions include Commercial Property Manager at Silverpoint, where all aspects of community operations were overseen, and Community Manager at Elon Property Management Company, focusing on market trends and tenant satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at both RK Properties and Arlington Properties, Leasing Manager at Patrician Management and Grubb Properties, and Leasing Consultant at First Communities. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Clayton State University, completed in July 2020.
