LaSalle Vaughn

LaSalle Vaughn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at Bestow, a leading SaaS tech insurance company. In this role, they lead teams that provide comprehensive solutions in Compliance, Risk, Ethics, and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to this, LaSalle served as a Member of the Board of Directors at PerformLine.

Before joining PerformLine, LaSalle worked at Robinhood, a publicly traded financial app, where they held multiple roles. LaSalle served as the Head of Global Compliance Communications and the Head of Global Ethics & Compliance Training. During their tenure, they successfully turned around the global communications compliance program and scaled the industry-leading Ethics & Compliance Training Program.

LaSalle also has extensive experience at USAA, a provider of insurance and banking services to the military community. At USAA, they held various positions, including Digital & Marketing Compliance Officer and Executive Director. In these roles, they played a significant role in turning around the global communications compliance program and scaling the product compliance program. LaSalle successfully passed over 30 regulatory exams and improved business adherence to regulations by 11%.

Additionally, LaSalle has worked at Wells Fargo as a Wealth Manager and at Merrill Lynch as a High Net Worth Financial Consultant. LaSalle began their career in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.

LaSalle Vaughn has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing & Sales from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they hold an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio. In 2014, LaSalle obtained a certification as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). LaSalle also has a certification as a Certified Wealth Strategist from the Cannon Financial Institute.
