Alejandro Murillo Gil has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alejandro started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Halliburton in 2012. Alejandro then moved on to Groupon, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and later as a Planner from 2013 to 2014. Alejandro joined Coca-Cola FEMSA in 2014, initially working as a Quality Assurance Analyst and later as a Material Planning Analyst. In 2015, they returned to Groupon as the Head of Planning for Goods.
In 2016, Alejandro joined Cabify as the Head of Logistics and later took on the role of Driver Acquisition Manager. Alejandro then served as the Head of Customer Experience and Operations from 2018 to 2019. Alejandro joined Nubox Chile in 2019 as a Customer Care Manager and continued in that role till 2020. Alejandro then joined Time Jobs as the Head of Operations from 2020 to 2021. Alejandro worked at Jobandtalent as a Service Manager in 2021 before joining Teleperformance as the Director of Client Operations. Currently, they serve as the Head of Client Success for Betterfly in Colombia and Andina & México.
Alejandro Murillo Gil completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2008 and 2014. In 2019, they briefly attended Universidad de Los Andes to study Customer Experience Design and Management.
