Carole KASSENBECK has been an Executive Coach for IMD, BetterManager and EZRA Coaching since 2022. In 2021, they became a Mental Fitness Coach for Positive Intelligence. In 2020, they became President and Founder of OPTIMUP!, an Executive & Leadership Coach for University of Lausanne - UNIL and Senior Consultant and Career Coach for von Rundstedt Switzerland. In 2019, they were a Leadership Coach for China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) - AFRICA. In 2018, they were an Independent Transition and Leadership Coach. From 2007 to 2018, they held various roles at Cereal Partners Worldwide (Nestlé & General Mills), including Marketing Head for Brand Building & New products Continental Europe, Marketing Director South & West Europe and Marketing Manager.

Carole Kassenbeck has a comprehensive education history. Carole obtained their Master in Business Administration from TBS Education in 1989-1992. In 2011, they attended London Business School for a Leadership Program and INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK for an ICF accredited EXECUTIVE & TEAM COACHING. In 2013, they attended IMD for Mobilizing people to implement change. Carole then attended IDC Institute Geneva from 2018-2019 for a Professional coach diploma - ICF and EDUQUA accredited training. Finally, they attended IDC Institut de Coaching from 2019-2020 for Executive Coaching in Leadership.
