He is a strategic and dynamic Leader who successfully drives the transformation of business vision into realistic milestones. He is extremely passionate about connecting, engaging, hiring, and retaining the best talent pool and brings strong experience in leadership hiring, technology hiring, large-scale ramp-ups, niche skill hiring, and anchoring organization-level TA initiatives.

Praveen holds a Master’s Degree in HR.
