Christine Nicholl (She/Her/Hers)

Christine Nicholl has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Christine is currently working as the Vice President of Talent Development & Business Partners at Billtrust, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Heitman for seven years, from June 2015 to September 2022, where they served as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Organizational Development & DEI Officer.

Before joining Heitman, Christine worked at CME Group as the Director of Human Resources Business Partners from March 2007 to June 2015. Christine also has prior experience at Northern Trust as a Senior Recruiter from November 2005 to February 2007. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Senior Recruiter at CME Group from May 2005 to October 2005 and as a National Account Staffing Coordinator at Accenture from February 2005 to April 2005.

Christine's work experience dates back to 1999 when they started their career as a Branch Manager at Sapphire Technologies, where they worked until February 2005. Overall, Christine has a diverse background in human resources, talent development, recruitment, and management, encompassing a range of roles and responsibilities.

Christine Nicholl (She/Her/Hers), SPHR has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Ohio State University. Christine also participated in a Summer Study Abroad Program in Agriculture at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, Czech Republic. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in January 2021. Christine is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching since March 2013 and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) since December 2012. Currently, they are working towards a PQ Coach certification from Positive Intelligence. Additionally, they have completed the Diversity and Inclusion for HR program from eCornell and the Storytelling for Influence program from IDEO U.
